A little bit on Julia​
As a therapist who also has a therapist...
I deeply understand that beginning therapy and unpacking our most personal stories can be intimidating! While I work with a wide range of therapeutic concerns, my primary focus areas include anxiety, stress and burnout, developmental and intergenerational trauma, and family/relationship dynamics. My clients come from various walks of life—students, parents, working professionals, artists, soul-searchers, and athletes—each seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and looking for meaningful changes in their lives.
In our work together, I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore the root causes of your current struggles. I am passionate about considering the full scope of your life—cultural influences, family dynamics, personal identity, interests, and aspirations. My goal is to move beyond surface-level symptoms and offer reflective questions, thoughtful observations, and tools to cultivate awareness and self-compassion.
Our diverse identities and experiences shape the ways we perceive the world, and it is important to me to authentically connect with each client to build trust and comfort. This relationship enables us to explore some of the more difficult and vulnerable aspects of your life. My passion for mental health and wellness, and for connecting with others, has led me to this work. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the power of kindness—especially for those struggling to find compassionate voices within themselves.

Services Offered
Free 15-minute virtual or phone consultation. A consultation is a chance to get to know more about one another. You can share a little bit about your reasons for seeking therapy and I will share information about my therapeutic approach. From there, we can see if this is a good fit to move forward. There is no pressure to book a session once you've had the consultation. It is important that both the therapist and client feel it is suitable to move forward.
Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling Sessions for Adults, Adolescents and Children In these sessions, we will meet 1:1 to talk about current challenges in your life and work on your goals. As a Therapist, I will support this conversation and provide reflections, thoughts and suggestions. This is a collaborative journey.
Customized Mental Health Workshops These are workshops related to various mental health and wellness topics including goal setting, maintaining human motivation, women's mental health. They are customized based on the needs of the group. Please contact directly to inquire further.
