Having sat in both seats of the therapy room, Julia deeply appreciates that unpacking our most personal and vulnerable stories is an intimidating ask for most of us. As a Therapist, Julia's approach is to meet you exactly as you are. She will work with you to cater the pace and approach of therapy to suit your unique needs. Julia is here, hoping to make the therapy experience as approachable and accessible as possible. Her most important ingredients? A heaping dose of authenticity, a generous spoon of empathy, and a topping of genuine curiosity about your story.

Our diverse identities and experiences shape the lenses through which we see our worlds. We are all individuals with unique perceptions. It is absolutely essential to Julia to learn about clients as whole people in order to get to the roots of their deepest challenges. This includes their origins, cultural influences, identities, interests, and desires.

Julia's passion for providing mental health and wellness supports and connecting with others has brought her here today! Finally and simply put, Julia believes in sharing kindness for those who are struggling to find the kind voices within themselves.

Services Offered
Free 15-minute virtual or phone consultation. A consultation is a chance to get to know more about one another. You can share a little bit about your reasons for seeking therapy and I will share information about my therapeutic approach. From there, we can see if this is a good fit to move forward. There is no pressure to book a session once you've had the consultation. It is important that both the therapist and client feel it is suitable to move forward.
Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling Sessions for Adults, Adolescents and Children In these sessions, we will meet 1:1 to talk about current challenges in your life and work on your goals. As a Therapist, I will support this conversation and provide reflections, thoughts and suggestions. This is a collaborative journey.
Customized Mental Health Workshops These are workshops related to various mental health and wellness topics including goal setting, maintaining human motivation, women's mental health. They are customized based on the needs of the group. Please contact directly to inquire further.
